Trudy and the Captain's Cat

Trudy stared at Albi with large green eyes. The longer she stared at him the more transparent he became, until she could see right through him to the boats sailing in the distance. In one quick leap she reached the top of the railing and jumped down to the pier.
She heard Albi laughing.
